"My bathroom window would not close completely. The restaurant next door was power washing until after 11pm and the generator it used was extremely loud along with the powerful water pressure. A 4AM fire alarm got us all up and out of our rooms but it was caused by a problem with the hotel’s 3rd floor sprinklers. Water in my bathroom did not work until the following day. The positive aspects were the incredibly helpful staff (maids, desk, concierge,valets) who helped me so much and the fresh brewed coffee in the lobby, daily. Perfect location made for an even better experience."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Rass Mandal house in Santa Fe! The house was AMAZING!! My friends and I celebrated our 40th birthday there and it was the most perfect weekend. The house was exquisite! We felt a sense of zen immediately! It was comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was convenient for exploring downtown Santa Fe and the space had a great atmosphere. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended! 10 out of 10!!!"
