« C'est un vrai petit paradis l'apnée ( la meilleur que j'ai jamais fait directement sur le sîte juste en face du gazébo ) et la plongée bouteille sont fantastique ( bien dirigé par Daren ) la plage est vraiment tranquille et très belle. Les employés sont tous très gentils et attentionnés, pour ce qui attrait a la nourriture il n'y a pas un immense choix mais tout est excellent et si vous avez des demande spécial n'hésitez pas si c'est possible le cuisinier vous accommodera. Il y a des singes...

« Despite the terrible weather in Roatan for our trip, Turquoise Bay was an excellent resort. We were contacted in advance of our arrival by the hotel asking if we need a shuttle in, and upon arriving we were greeted by lovely guest reception. All the restaurant staff were amazing and very friendly. I wish we had everyone's names to mention. A few that I can remember, Luis was always attentive and checking if we needed drinks, Edid (I think that's how to spell her name) was so friendly serving...

« My stay at the Reef House was exactly what I wanted. It has the old Roatan charm to an old dive shop that has the most welcoming staff I have ever met. From the owner Davey to Keith the IT/Bartender and the friendliest cook staff that makes great down home cooking. David the dive master has been out on the reef longer than most have known about Roatan. He knows some really cool places to see. »

« When we arrived there were no rooms available, even though we had a prepaid guarenteed reservation through Orbitz, and we were turned away. When we requested a refund via Orbitz it was denied. We were out aproximately $100 for the room and $25 for a taxi to another hotel. The only positive was that the Hotel clerk did help us find another hotel. I chated with and Orbitz agen for about 15 - 20 minutes who was virtually no help at all. »
