"Probably the most amazing beach in the Caribbean. 2 amazing heated pools. Food is great with so many gluten free and vegan options. As well as seafood, chicken etc. Spa is top shelf. If you're looking for somewhere to relax and kick back, this is it. They have entertainment on certain nights and have an amazing beach bar alongside a fresh pizza station. Its also kid friendly. Choose from regular rooms or book with family at a beach house or estate villa. We will be going back. Thank You Como Parrot Cay. "

"Loved this home on North Caico's. Very quiet location directly on the beach with a great porch and backyard to take in all the sights and sounds of the ocean. Comfortable, varied furniture to find your perfect place to unwind. Enjoyed morning beach walks and afternoon swims. Could walk to Barracudas restaurant for lunch, happy hour or dinner. Enjoyed the lack of crowds. The house was perfect and well appointed. Mac was so accommodating without interfering. Gave us great recommendations for exploring. Highly recommend taking the journey to Mudjin Bay, Bambarra beach and Sandy Point to explore. If you are looking to unplug and rejuvenate this is your place!! Never turned on the TV once - no need."

"North Turks, is a peaceful, beautiful location. Beach is pristine. It brings you back to simpler times. If you’re looking for dining, try middle Caicos mudjin bay. Beach and caves there are amazing and food and drinks are good. Buy your groceries in Provo as supplies are limited in the North island. Groceries are pricey but buy them in Provo and take them on the ferry with you. Most excursions are from Provo and you’ll need to ferry back there for them. Enjoy the tranquil beach and unwind. Regine is a fabulous host. The beds are comfy. They could use more pillows and linens for living area pull out / futon beds. Overall relaxing stay."

"Sadly I feel I have to write this to inform other renters. Being a condo owner and renter in Turks and Caicos, I believe you need to be honest about the expectations of your property and be a good communicator with your guests, unfortunately, this didn’t happen with us. The property is a home under construction, the yard and surroundings are all dug up and in various states of work. Car parts, garbage and debris were littered about. Inside the home is partially finished, still somewhat under construction especially the second washroom, (basically unusable). The home was generally clean except construction gravel and dirt in the corners and in the carpets. This is also disappointing because we paid a decent cleaning fee. The listing stated there was AC in the bedrooms. We contacted the owner because there wasn’t an air conditioner in the third bedroom. They told me it would be installed that day, it wasn’t, nor the next day as promised. It was never installed. We ended up dragging the mattress into the master bedroom for my son to sleep in the AC. So very disappointing of the owner for their dishonesty in the listing and lying to me about putting an AC in and then not responding to any of my calls or messages. We know we didn’t rent a palace, but we would have appreciated general honestly and communication."
