A PEACEFUL RETREAT ON THE OUTSKIRTS OF PARIS

Our house is located in Clamart, in a peaceful and residential area, very close to the forest of Clamart/Meudon. It is a place to live that we particularly like, quiet, bright and open to nature.
The house is about 150 m², spread over two floors. In summer, the small garden that surrounds it is adorned with flowers and becomes a real corner of greenery. At the back, out of sight, two terraces allow us to take full advantage of the sunny days. One of them is covered, with a jacuzzi nearby: a little luxury much appreciated to relax at the end of the day.
Inside, the first floor opens onto a large living room bathed in light thanks to the large bay windows. The kitchen, independent, is practical and pleasant to live in on a daily basis. A bedroom with its en-suite bathroom and separate toilets complete this level, offering comfort and privacy.
Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, ideal for a family or to host friends and relatives, as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Finally, the basement, which opens directly onto the garden, houses a convivial room equipped with a table football and a table tennis table — perfect for relaxing and for rainy afternoons. There is also a handy laundry room.
