A large bedroom of 25 m² with a king size bed, very comfortable, high-quality bed linen, dressing room, towels, and iron. Large bathroom with an Italian shower, washing machine, towel dryer, hair dryer, wardrobe, towels, cleaning products, toilet and toilet paper.

Upon your arrival, you will find water, cold beverages, coffee, tea, and seasonal fruits offered by me.

I personally live next door and I handle the check-in and check-out, I am flexible with the time of arrival and departure, and there will be no extra fees;
