Appartement F4 Proche du Stade de France

  • 4-room apartment 87m2 with balcony and parking space.
    The apartment consists of a living room/kitchen of 30m2, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds (90/190) and a master suite with a double bed (140/190) and its bathroom with shower.
    There is also a bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
    The apartment is ideal for families as there are lots of books and games for children and there is a large park less than 50m away (acrobats' park) with football/basketball court.

    I live in this apartment. So you will find everything you need to live there (toilet paper, oil, vinegar and other spices...). But you will also find my belongings and those of my children in the closets.
    Therefore, there is no storage in the bedrooms for your personal belongings.

    You will have access to the entire apartment as well as to an underground parking space: place 904

    Access to the building is via a door code and an intercom.PGJyPg
    The Stade de France is a 10-minute walk away, as well as the Olympic swimming pool. The adidas arena and the Basilica of St Denis (where the Kings of France are buried) are 2 km from the apartment.
    The RERD and the rerB are less than 10 minutes from operation. And lines 12 and 13 are 20 minutes away.
