Situated in one of the most coveted neighbourhoods at the heart of Paris, this three-bedroom, top-floor riverside apartment is moments away from the Eiffel Tower and the Esplanade des Invalides park.

DINING ROOM:
Upon entering this apartment, the bright dining room greets the guest with the view of the Eiffel Tower from the windows. There is a wooden oval table with five matching chairs. There are rugs on the parquet flooring joining the dining room space with the living/sitting room space.

LIVING ROOM:
The equally bright living room offers a leather sofa and a few occasional chairs around a coffee table. There is a flat-screen TV by the windows and a small but characterful fireplace.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is separate and comes fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, boiler, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster and a small table and chairs as an informal dining/ breakfast area or to be used as extra worktop space to cook.

BEDROOM 1
This bedroom offers a double bed. There are a study desk and chair, some shelving and a window allowing plenty of natural light in.

BATHROOM 1
There is a bathtub with an overhead shower, a toilet and a sink.

BEDROOM 2
This bedroom offers a double bed. There is also a bookshelf and an antique bureau by the skylight.

BATHROOM 2
The second bathroom has a shower with a sink, a toilet and a washing machine/dryer.

BEDROOM 3
The third bedroom offers a matching oak set comprising of a queen bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. The top of the Eiffel Tower can be seen peeking out through the Parisian rooftops from the window, which gently fills the room with natural light.

Please note that this apartment is on the eighth floor with access via stairs and lift. Handy as the lift is, it only take you to the seventh floor, so there will be a short climb at the end. Good for getting your steps in though. A baby cot is available in the apartment. When your booking has been confirmed, we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide an official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes.

Great area in Paris

We had a wonderful stay while in Paris. The four of us were quite comfortable. It was quite hot in Paris during our stay, so without a/c we made great use of fans. The location was perfect… short walk to Rue Cler and Eiffel Tower, easy access to river boats and the Metro to Louver, Montmartre, or anywhere else we wanted to go. Nice restaurants nearby too!

Wonderful stay

Loved this little apartment. It it was perfect for three of us. Three bedrooms and two baths. Each bedroom is a different corner of the apartment for privacy. Beautiful views. No air-conditioning but a very nice breeze and oscillating fans in each room I would rent it again. Great location.

Perfect Parisian apartment!

Finding a 3 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms so centrally located was amazing. The check-in process was easy, communication was always quick, and having a view of the Eiffel tower from two of the three bedrooms and the living room? Priceless. I would highly recommend this place.. Is it quirky? Yes. Does it feel perfectly Parisian? Yes!

Great location

This property was the perfect location for our stay in Paris. Located in the left bank within walking distance of many of the sites. Not only were there lots of good restaurants within a few feet )blocks) but walking to the Latin quarter was easy too and provided many other good dining options. My only negative would be that the building provides the heat (I.e., decides when heat is available in the entire building) and it was chilly in the evenings/mornings (high 40s) during our stay and the building had not yet turned on the heat. Sitting around in the morning for coffee (or evening) in my jacket of heavy pullover was not the most comfortable experience. This is a small complaint but I don’t believe any possible heat issue was discussed in the listing. Regardless we would stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Lets start with the positive part of our stay. The location and size of the apartment was perfect and the area was super quiet. 3 bedroom apartments in Paris are hard to come by so finding this was a win and was a great area for a family of 4. The few issues we encountered were things that pertain to more of a longer stay which our vacation consisted of staying at this location for 10 plus days. The storage allowed for longer stays was limited and several possible storage options were “off limits” for guests to use. There were 27 hardbacked (non stackable) chairs in the entire apartment randomly placed in any area you can imagine. We literally had to rearrange some things in order to make room for our luggage and to create some comfortable living space for a family stay. Not sure on why an apartment would need that many chairs which took away from possibly allowing more open space & open areas which would have helped add more functionality. The beds were very uncomfortable and the main middle bedroom mattress was lopsided. Desperately in need of an upgrade for sure. The Wifi only works in the two main rooms of the apartment but if you are in one of the back rooms the Wifi does not work well and cuts in & out. The TV remote did not work and we had to call to figure out how the television turned on. We did enjoy our stay and made due with the options we had available but wanted to let others traveling know what to expect especially if planning for a longer stay. Happy travels!

Perfect Apartment

Our family loved our stay here during our week in Paris. The apartment was comfortable for 5 people and in a great location with wonderful views. We appreciated that the building and neighborhood were very quiet in early August, but within a short walk of major attractions. There are also several very good restaurants, in the neighborhood, a Carrefour, boulangerie, etc. We highly recommend this property.

Incredible location, walking distance to the Seine and Eiffel Tower; good for a small family

The rental process was extremely easy and all the individuals I worked with were tolerant of my availability and internet challenges. Very kind people overall. The apartment was inadequate for individuals of our physical size. Although we are not overweight, four in our family are much over 6 feet tall and nothing suited our size. The pictures were deceiving that way. There wasn’t much room for our minimal belongings. We counted 17 chairs in the main room alone - not enough space remained for movement or our belongings. There was only one kitchen towel that we could find and not enough bath towels. Besides feeling cramped, all in all, though, a lovely top floor apartment.

Charming home with convenient layout within walking distance of Eiffel Tower, the attractions along the Seine, and in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by plenty of restaurants. It was great.

Sparkling views from the Eighth

Veeve was extremely attentive, welcoming and helpful before and during our stay. The apartment is lovely and quaint—classic furnishings, creaky wood floors, delightful slanted ceilings and views of the Eiffel Tower from most living area windows to die for! Tucked away in a safe, pleasant neighborhood with easy access to the Seine for boats, walks, metro, cafes and shops an easy walk about 2 blocks away. The elevator is helpful to o the 7th floor for heavy suitcases or shopping but you need to walk up to the 8th floor so be careful if you can’t manage steps. Appliances worked well but when the dryer blew a fuse on Sunday they came in 36 hours to double check all was well and were in touch several times (we easily flipped back the fuse). Only complaint is the mattress in the 3rd bedroom is a pullout and needs replacement with a real bed. Overall a wonderful week in a magical city from our quaint perch with sparkling views of the Eiffel Tower and surrounding area.
