Vous profiterez d’un quartier animé, entouré de grands magasins, de restaurants réputés et de commerces de proximité. Entièrement rénové en juin 2023 par un architecte, il offre des prestations haut de gamme et des matériaux de qualité. L'espace: Situé au 2ᵉ étage sans ascenseur, ce magnifique appartement peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes. Séjour avec canapé-lit Cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée (réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, plaques à induction, four, grille-pain, machine à café) Chambre avec lit double (160x200) et salle de bain attenante TV et Internet haut débit (WiFi) Linge de lit et serviettes fournis L’appartement fait environ 30m². Il est idéal pour 2 personnes ou un couple avec enfants. L’accès se fait par un large escalier en bois massif, récemment rénové. Nous vous demandons de respecter le calme de l’immeuble, notamment lors de la montée ou descente de vos valises. Le syndicat de copropriété procède actuellement à l’installation d’un ascenseur. Les travaux débuteront le 22 septembre et dureront environ un mois. Accès invité: Vous aurez accès à tout le logement. The shower was not draining. Within a couple minutes you were standing in a pool of water that then quickly overflowed all over the bathroom floor. We used multiple towels to clean the floor, afraid of what damage this would cause to an old building, not able to use the shower again. Decided to use the laundry machine, only to find the machine filling up with water when the dryer cycle went on. No one informed us that if the dry cycle isn’t put on within a certain time frame after the wash, it wets the clothes again and essentially you have to start the whole wash/dry cycle again. The property managers had to look into this and this meant that the night before we were leaving we would be stuck in the apartment for the 3hr cycle. My suggestion is to not use the machine - it created a huge headaches for us with wet clothes we had to pack up. The air conditioner in the unit does not work. We were there during very hot conditions which I can’t fault anyone for, just be aware of travelling during the summer, the fans did little to cool the unit down. The information book left in the room shows how to work the air conditioner which doesn’t work). I shared my feedback with one contact and was told the supervisor would be in touch with me and they never reached out. The property is exactly as shown and located very close to subway line 7 which takes you to Louvre. The apartments Air Conditioner broke two days before arriving but Katia and Emmanuel communicated this to us prior to arrival so although we were disappointed we were not surprised. A discount was also given to Compensate for the A/C issue. It was nice not having to fight for the discount. The apartment is small when the pullout couch is used. If travelling with two people this is a perfect apartment but with a family of three (child just turned 18) it was tight. The general location is very central to main attractions south (Louvre and Arc Triumph) and also to the north (Sacre Coeur). Street can be loud at night but with windows closed it won’t be an issue. We had to keep them open due to the A/C issue. Definitely a good choice when visiting Paris. ##### Rob F. The unit is on a great street with fun restaurants. The unit is small, but was perfect for the two of us. The bed was comfortable and the linens were fresh and plentiful. We love having the ability to do laundry and the washer/dryer was easy to use. It was very warm when we were there \[two days over 90F\], but even without A/C we were comfortable with opening the windows and using the available fans. The management do not feel responsible for their lack of communication informing me regarding of the construction going on. I had asking for a reimbursement which they have declined.
