### Splendid apartment Champ de Mars - Eiffel Tower

Sublime and new flat, tastefully decorated, modern, elegant and warm, located in a magnificent Haussmann building in the heart of the luxurious 7th arrondissement of Paris. This 2 bedroom flat has been refurbished, is fully equipped and has high quality amenities. It is the ideal place for a successful Parisian escapade, 2 minutes from the Champs de Mars and 15 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower and the quays of the Seine, with family or friends  
  
 71m2 ground floor flat, fully equipped   
  
\- 1 living room with two large sofa beds, cable TV, wifi  
\- 1 dining area with a dining table  
\- 1 fully equipped open-plan kitchen (combined microwave oven, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, etc.)  
\- 2 bedrooms with double beds and dressing rooms (1 with TV)  
\- 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower (including 1 toilet)  
\- 2 toilets  
\- 1 washing machine with dryer  
  
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaner.

You can do your shopping in the famous department stores' "Le Bon Marché" only 19 minutes walk from the accommodation.  
You will find all the Parisian fashion with the most beautiful brands.   
You can do your shopping at "La Grande Epicerie" in Paris which offers a wide variety of quality culinary products from all over the world,  
Have a tea at the Lutetia hotel, taste the Poilane sandwiches at the Bar de la Croix Rouge and stroll in St Germain des Près...
