It is located a few meters from the Center Georges Pompidou (Beaubourg) and the famous rue Rambuteau, a lively and very shopping street, with a metro station of the same name.

Its was nice for us. We found things near by for what we needed. Host met us on site and explained a few things which was nice. Very good communication feom hosts. Loved the friendly cat in the courtyard as we missed our fur babies in the US.

Great apartment in a good location for us to explore Paris. Immaculate flat with all we needed to enjoy our stay. Single room, fantastic location for walking to Notre Dame, near restaurants, cafes, groceries... Host was attentive to arrival logistics. Clean, spartan, quiet, private courtyard, triple secured entry. Too small to spend much time inside, but who goes to Paris to sit inside? Would book again.

Good apartment in great location

All went very well, apartment is clean and comfortable in a great location for the Marais, Notre Dame, Pompidou etc. Check in was excellent and timely. A couple of minor niggles (misaligned toilet seat and dead light bulb) but all in all recommended.

Marvellous apartment with a garden!

This will now be my go to place for every visit in Paris! It’s incredibly quiet and on the ground floor- no copious stairs to drag bags up. There’s a little garden, big windows and everything you need, in a great location. The bed is comfy and Fabrice the manager was great to desk with. Everything flowed so easily. A hugs yes to this apartment- we loved it!

1st time in Paris.

The location was perfect! We were centrally located in an area that had numerous places to eat, grocery stores, and public transportation. Our host provided us with apps for public transportation and restaurants prior to arrival which was very helpful. The host was very helpful upon our arrival as he spent time with us explaining how things worked in our room and about the neighborhood. We also felt very safe in our area.

Excellent Marais Ground Floor Apartment

A small but more than adequate studio apartment with everything needed for a short stay. Ground floor a real bonus for anyone who struggles with stairs and suitcases. The Marais is a great area to stay - walking distance to almost all Paris attractions. This apartment is close to a metro station, and many cafes, restaurants and bars.

The Perfect Place!

We stay here 4 nights.. and on checking out this morning my husband said that out of all the places we’ve stayed at, this was his fav. It had everything we needed.. was easy, cool and comfortable and the location was perfect and very secure and safe. I will definitely recommend it to anyone.

Great location. We felt very safe and it was nice and quiet at night. Ground level was appreciated not having to haul luggage up stairs. Alex was fantastic meeting us on arrival and showing us the important aspects of the apartment. There were a few minor fix up things that were relayed to the host. The place was unfinished inside. The shower way super small and the hw heater was hanging in the bathroom. We stayed 5 days and had only one set of towels. Floors were really dirty. Not good communication with management.

Great location in the Marais. Very quiet studio in an enclosed garden courtyard. Easy check-in as manager waited for us outside the door. Good firm bed. We were not able to get the stovetop to work. Perhaps have written directions for that, plus for how to regulate the heating and the towel warmer in the bathroom. And perhaps get a new coffeemaker, as we ruined many pods trying to put them in exactly right. But we had a very nice stay. Thank you.

Our stay was excellent overall, with a small number of inconveniences. The front doorbell did not work which made it difficult for visitors, and we had to wait 30 min in front of the building for the keys to be delivered. But they were minor issues and we would certainly return in future.

It was a perfect place to stay in Paris. Everything was great! Coffee system wasn’t great though

If you really want to know! ….making coffee was not easy!!! Despite coffee making briefing from Fabrice, it was NOT easy to just make a cup of coffee!!! The machine might need to be replaced. Toilet seat is loose, might break soon.Bedside lights flicker, one doesn’t work at all in the end.But! We absolutely loved our stay there! Bed comfie, linens great, neighbourhood cat friendly, birds chirping every morning!! Loved our stay! Only mention the problems so you can have ongoing success!!!!

If you are looking for a small, but convenient, apartment in the heart of Paris with easy walking access to the central city (arrondissements 1-5, 9, 11) and easy metro access (6 stations within a short walk), this is your ticket. The bed is comfortable. The small kitchen is usable. There's a Nespresso machine for a quick morning coffee. The bathroom has a modern water heater and a good towel drying rack. It's on the ground floor, so there are no stairs. The Wi-Fi worked fine. It's off the inner courtyard, so there are two locking doors/gates before you reach the front door. It's quiet. The neighbors are friendly but not intrusive. The host answered every text within minutes. The main neighborhood is the area around the Pompidou Center (which is closing for major renovations in October and won't reopen for at least 5 years). Rue Rambuteau has high quality local amenities: excellent patisseries, restaurants, boutiques, épiceries, grocery stores, etc. Try the Lebanese ice cream; it's a real treat. We used the location to take day trips, most within one hour of central Paris and inside the new 5-zone single-toll (2.50 euros) region of the Navigo system.
