    Ideally located between Bastille, République and the Canal Saint‑Martin, this beautifully renovated 50 m² apartment offers a comfortable and relaxing setting. Air conditioning, two showers, two toilets, ultra‑fast wifi… everything has been designed to make you feel at ease, whether you're here to work, explore the city, or simply unwind.

    The cancellation policy allows for cancellations up to 5 days prior to arrival. This is more favorable than the platform's policy: simply contact the host, and you will be granted a free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival.

    The total payment will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. A security deposit of €500, in the form of a credit card authorization, will be held the day before arrival and released on the day of departure, provided the accommodation is left in good condition.

Our 6 night stay at Paris My Home was the highlight of our trip! Located in the 11th away from the tourists, this apartment offer the following:- 2 air conditioners to keep everyone cool- Space to comfortably sleep everyone in their own bed (Husband, wife, & 2 kids)- Less than 5 minutes from 3 different metro lines- Dozens, likely 100's, of restaraunts in a 10 minute radius- Groceries less than 2 minutes away- Fresh, modern interior with new appliances- 3 bathroom spaces to get everyone moving in the morning (toilet/sink, sink/shower, toilet/sink/shower)I recommend this apartment without hesitation if you want easy accessibility, a local feel, and a very comfortable space!

Helped make our vacation PERFECT!

This was a terrific stay. It was our family's first visit to Paris and everything Eric did from the beginning of our stay through the conclusion was amazing. The stay at this apartment help make this the PERFECT way to stay in Paris. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Eric's apartment. The neighborhood was so welcoming and kind to us. It's a very special place.

A great place to stay in Paris for a few days. This ground floor apartment was extremely clean and is equipped with everything you need, and some things you didn't even know you needed! Eric the host is friendly and has thought of everything to make your stay very comfortable, and kept in touch during our stay to make sure we were happy at all times. The location is very quiet, tucked down a side street, but only 5-6 mins walk to the nearest Metro station, or less to bus stops. There are plenty of bars, cafes and bakeries within a few minutes walk including a small well stocked small supermarket. Overall, my wife and I really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book again if we go back to Paris. Thank you Eric!

A rare gem

Loved , loved, loved this place and the host. We were warmly welcomed by the excellent host, Eric, who made every effort to make sure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. The apartment is down a short cul de sac. The street at the end is full of stores, restaurants and everything you would need for your stay. Two supermarkets are within a couple of blocks for supplies and two metro stations within a short walking distance to take you anywhere in the city. The apartment is beautifully decorated and makes excellent use of space. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals at home. Lots of charging stations for electronics. This is a very modern, comfortable apartment. And a great base from which to explore the city. Best of all was the host, who made sure our visit went smoothly. He was extremely helpful with negotiating our arrival and departure. Always available to provide advice and information, but not at all intrusive. He was the difference between a good stay and a great one. We will definitely book here when we return.

nous avons loué cet appartement pour deux personnes en déplacement pour le travail, c'est une superbe location idéale à tout point de vue . le propriétaire se plie en quatre pour ses locataires ,étant disponible il est même venu nous chercher à la gare st Lazarre, une première pour moi . Propreté, matériel à disposition ,linge de toilette ,wifi au top qui nous a permis de faire également du télétravail quand nous Etions a la location.le calme aussi de l'appartement dans une impasse, et pourtant proche de tout commerce restaurant métro rien à redire, une adresse à garder dans sa mémoire, j'espère pouvoir même bientôt en profiter pour un week-end plaisir à Paris . je remercie encore Eric pour sa gentillesse
