Living like Parisian in the hyper center of the city, Louvre/Opera Garnier /Madeleine quartier ( one of the most trendy quartier in Paris )  
Fully furnished,95 m2( considered as big size for Paris center ) , the WHOLE flat is for you, NO SHARING  
2nd floor, with elevator  
Excellent location, hyper center, but calm, quiet.  
Easy walking distance to everywhere
