As it’s my own flat, eerything you need is in the flat for cooking, ironing or drying your hair ! All Paris must sees are at a walking distance as well as thousands of shops and restaurants. You will be at 2 mns of Paris' biggest transportation hub: airport and railway stations directly connected. It is on the top floor of a very traditional old building with a lot of character. The balcony was particularly nice, right opposite an old church and you could hear the choir singing on the Sunday morning. Olivier is a very helpful and charming host and gave us lots of tips for restaurants and so on. Everything is in walking distance and the location couldn’t be better. Olivier is an exceptional host. He answered all of our questions, addressed all of our concerns and kept in touch during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. There are 5 flights of stairs to the apartment, but we just took it slow and had no problems. When a schedule change meant he couldn't meet us upon arrival, he sent videos about how to enter the building and apartment. Check in and check out were a breeze. The building is on a pedestrian street, busy with people, restaurants and shops. The double-paned windows in the bedrooms keep out the noise at night. If it gets stuffy, there is a fan for air circulation. The bed in the larger bedroom is comfortable. We enjoyed lunch and drinks on the outdoor terrace in good weather. The apartment is near Les Halles and the Pompidou, so it is central and we walked everywhere, but if you need the Metro, it is around the corner. Very enjoyable stay! ##### Marla W. I, and my friend are elderly and he helped us get taxis, waked us to his favorite restaurants in the nearby neighborhoods and actually asked if we would like to ride with him in his taxi to Versailles as he had business there. Once at the Palace he shepherded us thru the congestion of thousands to an entry area where we presented our timed tickets and got in almost immediately. We especially loved sitting and having wine on his beautiful 6th floor outside terrace overlooking Paris. The location in town was in perfect walking distance to all of the items we wanted to experience. Also, we love food! But being in a new city it can be difficult to know where to go. The host gave us incredible recommendations. In fact everyone he provided was just perfect. We had truffel meats, duck, and some incredible wines. All at his recommendation! As for the balcony it is even better than you can imagine from a photo! We sat out there at least twice a day everyday of our trip. Enjoying coffee in the morning in the cool air, and a glass of wine to end the day. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was nice, the kitchen and living room space was very accommodating. Really your trip is about the city you are in. But this property just made it that much nicer. If you are going to Paris stay here you will love it! ##### Justin F.
