Cozy apartment in the 7th arrondissement, artistic and contemporary decoration, located on the Left Bank in the embassy district which is highly secure day and night. Ideal for a family stay or for a business trip. The area is very well served by public transport to get to tourist places and stations: 3 metro (10,12,13) and bus (82,87,92) lines. Nearby a car rental station by the city of Paris (Autolib '). This 4-room apartment has 2 bedrooms with new bedding and 2 shower rooms. \- Master bedroom with 1 master bed and private facilities. \- Guest bedroom with a double bed \- Library lounge with desk, wi-fi. \- Dining room, with a single bed for a 5th person. \- Kitchen with window on a pretty independent tree-lined courtyard. It is equipped with an induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher and washing machine. Close to the building, small shops and nice restaurants. The 'Bon Marché' 5 minutes walk has a large delicatessen department where gourmets and gourmets can stock up on supplies. Closer is a large area open in the evening. Between embassies and Matignon the districk is very secure day and night. 10 minutes by feet from the museum d'Orsay and on the way to the museum Rodin. 15 minutes from the Eiffel tower on the other side and 10 minutes far from the 'Quartier Latin' and Montparnasse. Steps away from the 'Quartier St Germain', you will find show rooms of decorations and mode. A big drugstore open late and of course others conveniences just outside. The flat is very comfortable with 2 bedrooms with 2 small bathrooms (2 big showers and toiletts). The main bedroom with a master bed with new mattress. (all mattresses are new) the second bedroom with view on the lovely cour has a double bed. The living room is cozy in a modern style, contemporary design, there is a desk with wi-fi. The dining room with library (you can read) has a single bed for a 5 eme person. The kitchen with a lovely view on authentic paved Paris stones cour. In that kitchen you will find a new equipment because all just has been changed (induction cook, washing machine). Perfect apartment for family culture holidays! or professional step. Enough space for the two of us plus two kids and centrally located - conveniently near a metro, bus stop and grocery store. There are a few restaurants and bakeries close by too which was nice. This apartment was great for us, having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was mostly very comfortable. The lift was helpful for getting bags up to the 1st floor. Coffee and tea were provided (Nespresso) and a lovely pot of homemade jam. There were good restaurants and groceries very near and transit too. Two negatives - the couch is not suited to adults over 40, being very low. And the bathrooms are just functional and extremely tiny. The host Pascale was extremely helpful. ##### Steven B. The kitchen had everything we needed to pull together simple meals (the food hall at Bon Marché is a real treat). The beds were comfortable and clean. The little en suite & bathroom are convenient and very Parisien in scale (tiny!) which always takes a bit of getting used to for our North American sized family! The apartment has a spacious layout so our daughter could do school work in the dining room while we were in the living room and the bedrooms at opposite ends allowed everyone to find their own space. What a gem of an apartment! So light, airy, cheerful, comfortable, and clean, and filled with the host’s mother’s beautiful artwork. We were so happy to wake up there every morning and come home to it every night. It felt more like being in the home of a dear friend than a soulless rental. The tall French windows let in loads of natural light – even on the grey November days – and we enjoyed the view day and night, looking out over a quiet street to the front, and a characteristic courtyard to the back. We slept incredibly well – helped by the comfort of brand new beds! Yes, the bathrooms are small; but that’s normal in Paris, and they had everything and worked well (and it was nice to have two, plus an extra sink in one of the bedrooms). Pascale was a delightful and considerate host, quick to respond and super helpful. And as others have said, it really is a fabulous neighbourhood – central, but still very Parisian, with easy access to great restaurants, cafés, shops, museums, small parks, several metro stops, and close to the Seine. Lovely apartment, well decorated and equipped, with two full bedrooms and two baths, plus attractive living room, dining room and kitchen. Conveniently located on the 1st floor (i.e., second floor in US terms), with elevator. Quiet and secure. Wonderful neighborhood -- three blocks from a major Metro stop (Sevres-Babylone) and Bon Marche, but also has its own community. True locals restaurant around the corner (we enjoyed eating there twice), corner cafe where we enjoyed late afternoon/early evening drinks and people watching, and a local boulangerie (bakery) with an excellent selection.
