"The staff was definitely the highlight of this day. They were all very kind and helpful. The rooms were ok. The whole hotel could benefit from new carpet or laminate flooring. The breakfast was okay. I did get put in a room under someone who is staying long term with four kids. It was very noisy. They offered to move me but the rooms they had available did not smell very good."

"I called 3 separate times to ensure we could get the two rooms next to each other to which I was told each time that shouldn’t be a problem. I did advise I would be coming in late which I was told wouldn’t be an issue only to arrive to have the rooms on two separate floors and one of the rooms wouldn’t have be what we reserved. I asked if there would be a price adjustment due to not having the room we booked but was told that because we were already booked through Expedia we were already getting the best rate we could get. Breakfast could have been better. From My experience, they stopped cooking food at least an hour before they say they stop serving breakfast so that last hour you’re getting what’s out there and if it runs out that’s it. It served its purpose but won’t be inclined to go back. "

"Property doors were not maintained as expected. Room was clean but utensils were not. Staff were friendly and helped a lot though. They even helped change rooms when we had issues with bathroom door not closing."

"Way better than expected, simple fast friendly check in. Clean updated room, slept well. Big tv, micro fridge desk. I had the single bed, terrific. Breakfast was wayyyy great. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, cheese, plus normal waffles, muffins. Juice coffee, staff kept food full and cleaned tables. Extra special view looking at Pikes Peak while eating."
