"Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast menu changed everyday but not adequate quantity. Even after getting to breakfast within half hour after breakfast start time, we found some items were empty and not refilled unless you make a request. Never used the pool. Accessible to almost all attractions around Colorado Springs area with less then 15 min drive. Abundant dining options in 5 min drive for dinner or lunch "

"The staff was definitely the highlight of this day. They were all very kind and helpful. The rooms were ok. The whole hotel could benefit from new carpet or laminate flooring. The breakfast was okay. I did get put in a room under someone who is staying long term with four kids. It was very noisy. They offered to move me but the rooms they had available did not smell very good."

"I called 3 separate times to ensure we could get the two rooms next to each other to which I was told each time that shouldn’t be a problem. I did advise I would be coming in late which I was told wouldn’t be an issue only to arrive to have the rooms on two separate floors and one of the rooms wouldn’t have be what we reserved. I asked if there would be a price adjustment due to not having the room we booked but was told that because we were already booked through Expedia we were already getting the best rate we could get. Breakfast could have been better. From My experience, they stopped cooking food at least an hour before they say they stop serving breakfast so that last hour you’re getting what’s out there and if it runs out that’s it. It served its purpose but won’t be inclined to go back. "
