The tv was also very small and not mounted, and the adjustable shower head did not adjust.The breakfast, although tasty—the breakfast area was very cramped and small. « If I could give it no stars I would. It’s beautiful when you walk in, but that’s an illusion. Air conditioning didn’t work and I discovered it at 2A in the morning and requested service. The attendant, who was the only one working came with a screw driver to “fix” it, He couldn’t get it to work. Big strange man at 2A in a room with my daughter and I, in a strange place… imagine how uncomfortable that was… he said that he wasn’t sure if he could get us another room because the hotel was booked...

Directions to the parking garage and parking directions were't clear. I once did not enter the parking garage in the right way and was charged for parking. The hallway to the room was dark and did not meet photos provided.

« I'd never stayed in a setup like this but I found it worked well for my needs! It was less chaotic and offered more space and amenities than a traditional hotel. It was a nice central location in Ann Arbor but was nice and quiet. Anyone coming town for a Michigan game or other campus event would probably be comfortable here. »
