Biggest complaints was the smell of the water, very minimal pressure of water in the shower ( dont wash your hair the shampoo wont come out) and the beds were hard as a rock. And for the sauna that was advertised. Wasnt a sauna ,just a cold room . In the room ( which was clean ) had to fill tub with shower. Room was quiet and clean and bigger than I expected. Mattresses were firm and supportive. Check in and check out was easy. Only thing I didn't like was the water. It was very hard and had the smell of iron and there were water stains in the shower. I think they need a better water treatment system. Cons: The floor and room was clean in general. However, the microwave was dirty and smelly. And the worst was the water! It smelled rusty and had an overall bad smell and feel. The shower head was full of rust and we could not take an actual shower or wash our hands in the sink, or use the water for anything. They need to change out their old pipes and have the water tested. Pros: The staff were very nice. Stayed here for a few days for work. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall the room was satisfactory for the price. I wish the television was bit more modern with options for chromecast or connecting to my streaming services. The restaurant right next door is surprisingly good and I'd recommend it to anyone that stays here if they want a good dinner. Our first room, the toilet wouldn't flush and the phone didn't work to call the front office. We called the front desk from our cellphone to let them know. The clerk came to us with a new room key. The room was a little nicer however, I don't think they sweep or mop the floor everyday or every stay. The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. No one came to straighten up our room and get more towels on our second day. The sheets and pillows were stained and so was one of the towels. The shower was yellow and looked very unclean. Toilet is tiny and so low to the ground. The fridge was nice to have. There was also a Kleenex wedged into the peep hole of the door. No idea how long it’s been there but we didn’t want to touch it. You could hear everything from the room next door. It met the purpose of somewhere to sleep.
