The room was clean, and nice. The door coming into room, you could feel small amount of cold air when closed. Location off highway, convenient, but noisy due to traffic. Biggest complaints was the smell of the water, very minimal pressure of water in the shower ( dont wash your hair the shampoo wont come out) and the beds were hard as a rock. Room was quiet and clean and bigger than I expected. Mattresses were firm and supportive. Check in and check out was easy. Only thing I didn't like was the water. It was very hard and had the smell of iron and there were water stains in the shower. I think they need a better water treatment system. Cons: The floor and room was clean in general. However, the microwave was dirty and smelly. And the worst was the water! It smelled rusty and had an overall bad smell and feel. The shower head was full of rust and we could not take an actual shower or wash our hands in the sink, or use the water for anything. They need to change out their old pipes and have the water tested. Pros: The staff were very nice. Stayed here for a few days for work. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall the room was satisfactory for the price. I wish the television was bit more modern with options for chromecast or connecting to my streaming services. The restaurant right next door is surprisingly good and I'd recommend it to anyone that stays here if they want a good dinner. The shower and tub faucet had bad leaks. The fan/heater would make weird noises. The bed sounded like sleeping on a baking pan due to the metal (!!) base. The parking lot/highway noise was so loud and the room alarm went off at 3:45 am. Would be nice if the doors faced away from the road to help with noise. I didn’t get breakfast but my kid said it was granola bars, packaged muffins and juice/coffee (no fruit? Oatmeal? Cereal?) I couldn’t tell where all the noise was coming from (upstairs/next door/outside) but sleep was something to be desired but not attained. It didn’t feel super safe either. Maybe just people from the restaurant/bar next door making noise but it was one of the worst hotel experiences. The upsides-there was a mini fridge and microwave, plenty of hot water and no carpet, which was nice for people with allergies and pets. But the smell of strong, floral-y cleaner was really overpowering and didn’t help my sinus issues.
