Apr 2, 2023 Liked: Communication, location, listing accuracy #### Condo is walkable to good places The condo is in a well kept 50 year old development convenient to coffee, design shops and restaurants. Although closet space was ample, we missed having a bureau or shelving for folded clothes (closet shelving was full of bedding and towels). The unit is close to the pool and spa in the complex. There were a few communication snafus initially but all issues were resolved in a timely way. Overall, it's a nice place with its proximity to nice parts of Palm Springs being the most valued feature. ##### Vincent N.
