Super clean and very new, very courteous and helpful staff.

Fantastic place to stay, beautiful property and wonderful staff

Great breakfast

Everything was great- floor in room needed a wash though!

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. Also, breakfast was good!

Lovely hotel. Pool area is amazing. Staff was friendly.

Really perfect location of far from the Aquarium, excellent rooms with a fireplace and balcony, complimentary breakfast and wine and cheese. It’s got it all! Next time I’m in Monterey, this is my choice.

Nice locally owned property. kind of funky, well maintained. Carol, day time clerk, went above and beyond. I left a shoe in the room by mistake, called the hotel next day, was told they would look and get back to me that afternoon. Didn't hear back. When I returned home I called again. Reached Carol, explained what happened, she said she would check, she did, found the shoe and made all the arrangements to have it sent to me by UPS. Bravo !!!

Nice clean cozy accommodation, had a relaxing stay.

Overall the experience was great Would of liked to have been able to check in a little earlier

Helpful and friendly staff upgraded our rooms to suites. They took special care and attention for my elderly Mom traveling with us. Best for us was the short walk to the ocean and walkway. Easy access to the tourist areas and highways to Big Sur and Santa Cruz.

Nice room

The property was very quaint and a great place for groups to have their own place and share the facilities. It was a perfect walk to the beach for sunset. The cottage was fully stocked and very comfortable. The family that runs it were incredibly helpful and friendly. Our issue of no phone and safe not working were dealt with efficiently.
