A couple of recommendations to the host - a few coat hooks behind the front door would be very welcome, and some more hangers in each of the wardrobes. « I was not able to receive the check-in instructions so the day of I was panicked about how I would gain access to the house and the communication with the host and property manager was strained. Once we arrived at the property it was lovely and as described. It a cute, lovely neighborhood location with a delicious pub right across the street! »

« This property does not exist! We waited outside for 2 hours! The neighbors were concerned that we were lost so, they came out. Chris and Rosemary stayed with us for awhile and asked the other neighbors if they had the actual homeowners ' mobile number as they only had the land lines. The boyfriend of the youngest daughter of the home owners even drove out and told us that it's definitely not for rent! They all have us different hotel names to stay. « To get approval to stay was so complex with passport photos for all and then after that selfies with passport photo required which was very odd. Then on arrival the Klevio electronic key didn’t work Despite many attempts. The key box had been ripped off the wall. The external part of the house was appalling. Finally soneone came and let me in. The WiFi didn’t work and phone signal poor. The garden was full of weeds with burnt out wood wall shelf. The dishwasher didn’t work. The tv didn’t work....
