It has everything we needed for an enjoyable stay, cooking and being together. Also appreciated the slight ramp and wall handle in one of the bathrooms which would be helpful to someone with mobility issues. We also always rent a house for a week or two. This year we tried a different area of Maine and liked the surroundings a lot. The house was the cleanest house who have ever rented. It was well organized and offered a=very comfortable beds and lounge area. The kitchen is somewhat outdated (especially the coffee machine), needed some better cookware, but we made it work. We LOVED the view from the huge windows. So much better than any TV show one can offer. However, we were greatly disappointed that there is no easy access to the outside or a place to sit right from the living room (like a deck). The backyard had a picnic table, but to access it was very inconvenient if we really wanted to eat there. The beach is accessible from down the block (easy walk).
