Otto Vacation Packages

After reading the reviews, I wanted to like this property. I know a lot of these little mountain inns can be a bit rustic and that is part of the charm. However, I would not come back and stay here. Our room was very dated with dark purple walls and then lavender in the bathroom. The dark purple showed every bit of dust on the walls and there was a lot of it. The lampshades were also very dusty. The carpet was stained. There was a food stain on our floral comforter that made me think it had not been washed. The wifi did not work. I tried to call the office and the phone rang and rang (during business hours). I called the sister partner across the street and left a voicemail. No one called me back, even after 24 hours of waiting. The water pressure was nice and the bathroom was clean, but other than that, the walkability was the only positive.

This is a very nice property with lots of things to do at the resort and close to things we love to do. Excellent staff and accommodations. We will definitely be staying here again!

No A/C and the people above us sounded like they were going to come right through the ceiling. Running going on almost all night.

Great place to stay if you need handicap accessible rooms. The employees are always friendly and the rooms are always clean

At the time we were there the elevator was out of commission but they made sure we were on the first floor due to my asthma. Very nice staff. Breakfast was great.
