Great location, nice staff!!!….absolutely TERRIBLE coffee (instant coffee) and so-so breakfast, the infrastructure is pretty poor, plumbing, Internet, etc.

"The hot water was hard to use. The staff was not too responsive except for in person. Our room advertised a balcony or outdoor space which you did not have. One of the reasons I booked the place. Also the hotel advertised a spa with massages but when I asked about the services there was no response. ..."
