"I recently stayed at the Royal Park Canvas, and it easily stands out as one of the best hotel experiences I've had. ​From the moment you walk in, the property is remarkably modern, impeccably organized, and boasts the absolute cleanest rooms I’ve encountered. Everything is designed for comfort and convenience, offering a fantastic atmosphere for any traveler. ​What truly elevated this stay, however, was the immaculate customer service. After checking out, I realized I had accidentally left some items behind in my room. The staff went above and beyond to help me retrieve them quickly and stress-free. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were truly top-tier."

"Fabulous stay and highly recommend - Make sure to buy the breakfast buffet - it is well stocked with western and Japanese food,. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are very clean. Our floor (14th) had a water station by the elevator so it was very convenient to refill our bottles. The Bloom Cafe offers free soda and coffee (lattes and cappuccinos too) as well as beer and wine for Y500 per glass (buy the tokens at the front desk). The hotel is conveniently located near the Hommachi train station - make sure to walk to the Senba Center and Shinsaibashi for great shopping. The second hand market for handbags is amazing! The area is super safe and very walkable with several small eateries nearby. There is also a supermarket a block away so very convenient. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel."
