Perfect location for quick overnight stop. Hotel a little tired but perfectly adequate. Spotlessly clean and great location to access town, shops, restaurants and tourist locations. Very good value for money, but don’t expect five star.
Basic but clean. No shower fitting to hold shower head. Rooms very dated but have a weird charm. Excellent location. Beautiful spot.

Great location
After a slight blip trying to check in, the stay was fine. Hotel is in excellent location, has parking and is clean.
Overall it's a little tired and could do with a refresh, but then the price would go up so, for what you pay it's a great place to stay.

This is a good hotel to stay in for a few days in Orleans. The building is old and the hotel is a bit dated but price-value is very reasonable. Only a few blocks away from the hotel you’ll be in a very vibrant restaurant and shopping area, walking down a few blocks further the historic district is waiting for you. Jackotel is very well located. Our stay in the hotel made our visit enjoyable. During summer you need to know that heat will punch you in the room as it has no AC. If you need a taxi, the receptionist will call it for you and it’ll be waiting outside very shortly.
Very warm welcome. The room was very large. Easy to park and very convenient to walk to Orléans city centre and to the quais. Plenty of places to eat around 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Good night sleep and nice breakfast. I would definitely stay there again if I went back to Orléans.
Friendly people at front desk but Hotel is outdated, humidity smell, old matresses, and room without any amenities. Basic breakfast. This place would need big tender loving care. But perfect LOCATION for visiting old Orleans.
It is a budget hotel that served our purpose very well. It’s a bit run down but my family of 4 was comfortable there. The breakfast was nothing fancy but still very good. If you are English be aware that the staff did not seem to have any English at all.
Excellent value for money in a convenient position

Very basic
Average stay. Wifi not working well in room. When i went to reception the "helpful" comment was "it works fine here". Breakfast was very basic, with no meat choice. Thankfully i was only travelling through and staying one night.
Very close to the city center, but the breakfast was a bit meager

Very friendly staff. Room old and basic, but absolutely sufficient. Everything was very clean. Breakfast also basic, but good. Parking in the basement of the hotel. City center (restaurants and bars) at short walking distance. Overall a pleasant place to stay for a night.
Great location, clean , basic facilities one criticism, it was ver hot with no fan or air con

Staff were friendly and helpful, location was pleasant and convenient, reception area was calm and relaxing, garage was good (and necessary). Room a decent size, bed was comfortable.
Poor shower with no screen/curtain, WiFi reception in the (2nd floor) room very poor, no tea/coffee equipment, breakfast very average.
The staff were very accommodating and the cost of the accommodation was well priced. Unfortunately, I got bitten by what I suspect to be bed bugs. I checked out 1-day earlier without any extra cost, so I do appreciate this.
Well situated close to the center in a quiet area, however if you have a room over the entrance patio, it's noisy du to gravels and guests cars. Very friendly and helpful staff.
No curtains in the bath tub , thus making the shower experience not very enjoyable, when trying to avoid turning the bathroom into a pool.
That hotel is stuck somewhere in the 70s. That was the last time someone gave it a lick of paint. The bathroom was not great. If you are used to modern hotels, don't go there. It has it's charm, hopefully someone will bring that location in 21 century.

Very good two star hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was clean and spacious. The bed was also comfortable and they served a good continental breakfast. The look of the property is a little dated, as if it's still in the 1980s but this did not detract from the experience. It also had character in that the hotel is in a medieval 'clos' attached to the abbey which still stands across the square. The middle of the square, between the hotel and the abbey, is used as petanque pitches and it was fun to watch the players as we walked in from dinner. If there was any noise, it was from the celebrations of winning teams! The hotel was a stone's throw from the city centre and the cathedral and there was a huge selection of restaurants nearby, serving just about every world cuisine. Just one note about parking - the hotel says it cannot guarantee parking and that it is on a first come, first served basis. This is right and they will do their utmost to accommodate all drivers (and cyclists). There is parking within the hotel's courtyard and they also have access to a few spaces in an underground car park. If all of those spaces are taken, then there is (paid for) parking on the surrounding roads. We were always able to find a space within the hotel.
Arrived at the hotel and was greeted by the receptionist who could not speak much English book in and was presented with a bill which did not show my Discount and she did not understand so had to pay. We also booked Breakfast for the 4 mornings and was charged 8 euros each and i must admit it was very poor would not stay there again Room was big enough and bathroom a nice size but the bath i could not sit in it and the shower was one you had to hold not very good very small tele with only french on it no english news.
