Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:
-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;
-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;
-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;
-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;
-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;
-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;
-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.
IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above. Please note that we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park. Additionally, the loss of this card will incur a $150 fine.
Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.
The Neighborhood:
Enjoy peace of mind from the moment you arrive. The resort is set within a gated community and monitored by 24/7 on-site security, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment throughout your stay. The driveway provides space for up to two vehicles parked side-by-side, making parking simple and convenient.
Getting Around:
Enjoy a sense of comfort and security from the moment you arrive. The resort sits inside a gated neighborhood with round-the-clock security personnel, creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The driveway can fit two vehicles parked side-by-side, and there is space for one additional car on the street directly in front of the home.
Please note that the garage has been transformed into a game room, so indoor parking is not available.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest, and our cleaning team adheres to the highest standards of hygiene to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please be aware that during cold or rainy weather, pool use is not recommended. The pool is serviced weekly, and after rain, some debris may wash in, which can temporarily affect the water’s appearance.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Housekeeping will arrive promptly to prepare the home for incoming guests. Late departures can disrupt cleaning schedules and future reservations, and may result in a fee of up to $300.
As a self-catering home, we do not replenish supplies during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a single roll of toilet paper. The laundry area has enough detergent pods for up to two loads, and the kitchen includes one roll of paper towels, a few trash bags, dish soap, and a sponge. A coffee maker is provided, but coffee is not included. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing upon arrival, please notify us immediately so we can restock.
