We absolutely love this hotel! The staff is always super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is really goodā€”especially the make-your-own waffles! The location is perfect because everything is so close by, and having food trucks right next door is definitely a plus! This is one of our favorite hotels to stay at when we visit Orlando. We always enjoy our stay and highly recommend it!

The jetted tub did not work and when I tried using it, hair clots came out the jets. The sheets and the bed was clean and very comfortable. The railing on the balcony had bigger gaps that made me nervous since I have young kids butI loved that we had a balcony.
