Booked a standard room through Expedia. We arrived around 730pm and check in was easy. There was plenty of parking near our room. Once inside, the rooms was VERY small. Two of the smallest double beds I have ever seen were crammed into our teeny space along with a desk, chair, dresser, and tv stand with fridge/freezer, microwave, and tv. One bed was very firm, the other very soft. One of the beds was way too close to the ac unit which restricted airflow and kept it from functioning properly leading to a very uncomfortable, stuffy, hot and humid room. The shower head was old and dirty and kept the water pressure low. Bright lights outside our only window that we couldn’t completely block out. TV stopped working at 9pm and had to have maintenance come replace it. Manager was unreachable by employees so they could not offer us another room. The hot tub was dirty and only half full so we were unable to use it which was very disappointing since we were looking forward to the 24 hour pool access. Someone tried to enter our room at around 1am, thankfully we had the door locked so they could not get in. Overall, a very stressful and disappointing stay.
