« 2 nuits passées lors de ce ryokan en bord de mer, à 3 stations de train de Karatsu par la petite ligne qui va jusque Fukuoka. Personnel très sympa, clientèle exclusivement familiale et japonaise, petits déjeuners à base de poisson (y compris à griller sur un rechaud de table), salon donnant sur la baie et onsen à la fois intérieur et extérieur. En revanche, trop petite chambre (pourtant annoncée pour 5 futons), et odeur de fuel brûlé dès que la chaudière se met en marche. En outre pas...

« Hôtel rénové mais encore vieillot sur certains points. Service et accueil très souriants, mais seul le personnel de nuit parle un peu anglais. Chambres peu pratiques, avec le lavabo contigu au bureau, toilettes et douche de chaque côté de l'entrée. La machine à laver se trouve dans un cagibi qui aurait besoin d'être rangé. Wi-Fi efficace et climatisation de même. »

« 部屋は清潔で、従業員の方の対応も丁寧でした。無料のドリンクバー、スープバーがあり、子供たちも大喜びでした。近くにレストランなど食事ができるお店もいくつかあるので便利でした。朝食もブッフェスタイルでしたが、非常においしかったです。特に驚いたのはシャンプーバーなるものがあり、好きなシャンプーをお試しできることが非常に嬉しいサービスでした！また、子供が携帯電話を部屋に忘れてしまったのですが、とても親切に対応してくださり、感謝しております。是非また利用したいです。 »
