I could see the Castle from the wide breakfast room windows and enjoy the river view from my wide bedroom windows. The traffic noise did not bother me even though I am sensitive to noise. And the hotel staff members were extremely helpful and accommodating. The sleeping futons were very comfy when laid out on the tatami mats. The room was very spacious and many times the size of a regular businessman's single room. And there was a Japanese low table and legless chair with seat cushion for those who can use that arrangement as well as a room-wide wood table and bench, which I used for my computer messaging while enjoying the river view. The common area is spacious and you can enjoy free drinks over there.
