"The room was not clean. I always check the beds and they were clean but the rest of the room was not. Behind the bed was very dirty and dusty and there was a pill there. It was easly visable if you looked behind the bed without moving it. Between the microwave and the wall was very dusty and dirty. The shower had hair hanging on the back wall and the toilet had hair on it. We did stay because it was the only thing availible. The staff was great very friendly. The breakfast was ok no complaints and the beds were clean which is the most important. "

"We stayed at the VIB Best Western Springfield,Missouri and love the location. Centrally located for the purpose our travel. Prices are very reasonable. "

"Pleased with the overall location of the property. Staff was pleasant. Parking lot was a little tight. Our room was on the ground level on the south side facing the highway. This led to quite a bit of road noise overnight. We noticed that the microwave had greasy fingerprints all over the front and handle. I opened the microwave and found a used paper plate and small towel with some sort of sauce on it from a previous traveler. When checking the room over before turning in our keycards at the end of our stay I looked underneath the beds. I found a small towel underneath each bed frame as well as food wrappers and a large amount of dust and crumbs from previous users. As I turned in the cards I informed the front desk that a good cleaning was in order."

"Breakfast was well stocked every morning, kind of a late start at 7am though. Pillows are small and thin. Air conditioner worked great. Really nothing to rave about, its just ok."

"Breakfast menu was great, hot fresh breakfast and the staff kept it coming. The front desk staff who helped with our check in (Jerad) was exceptional. Would give 10/10 but our room wasn’t cleaned, and the elevator was down to 1, on a busy weekend. "
