« L'arrivée à l'hôtel s'est bien déroulé. Le personnel est très gentil et nous avons pu laisser nos bagages pour aller visiter la ville (car nous sommes arrivés tôt le matin, trop tôt pour le check-in). La chambre était propre, spacieuse, et le lit confortable. Aussi, l'hôtel est bien situé, à l'intérieur des murs et à quelques minutes à pieds des attraits principaux. Un autre point positif était le déjeuner inclut. Le buffet était diversifié et la nourriture très bonne. Je recommande cet hôtel. »

"Hôtel correct mais ne correspond pas aux standards d'un 4\*. Il n'y avait pas de rampe pour les valises. Les personnes à l'accueil étaient très agréables lors de notre arrivée mais plutôt désagréables lors de notre départ. La douche n'est pas pratique, n'ayant pas de pommeau, et il n'y avait qu'un bonnet de bain pour deux. Le chrome cast était défaillant. La vue et la literie étaient agréables."

"Friendly staff, clean hotel, excellent location (walking distance from the train station as well as from the Shambles and the Minster). Our only downfall was the construction work that was a but noisy in the morning, and the fact that the fan in the bathroom was not efficient (it would ger humid after a shower).
