The building is old. With that said, it was newly painted. The bathroom was clean and bright. There is a residual musty smell, but I sprayed with Lysol spray and that helped. There was no staff in the building itself. The staff at the neighboring sister hotel was very helpful and friendly on arrival. The morning staff at departure was very tired and did not come to check me out until a second tenant arrived for his check out. The coffee cups available in that lobby did not have caps that fit the cups on the second day I was there. That set up for a mess. The first day, the caps fit and the hot tea was greatly appreciated. The building is so close to the beach and there was plenty of parking.

Room was a good value for the price. I like the extra sink outside the bathroom. Balcony view was very good even from the North side...you could still see the beach and ocean. Great location for all the boardwalk attractions. Ideal location for visiting the Maryland International Kite Expo...Kite Loft is litterally right next door. Staff was very friendly and helpful on check-in/check-out. Parking is tight, managable but very tight. I'd recommend taking a right turn onto 6th street rather than through their cramped parking lot. Only issue was there was no room service on Saturday. We stayed for 2 nights and I was expecting fresh towels and beds to be made. We would stay here again.

The unit was outdated, small, and had mismatched and old furniture. The shower in one of our bathrooms wouldn’t drain. The oven did not work. There was only one television. Concerns couldn’t be communicated because the staff hardly spoke English (although they were very nice). The unit was in a really nice location - 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk and beach. We liked the outside showers.

Could not connect to internet. Staff could've been a little friendlier/welcoming. Door to our little deck rattled constantly in the wind. Bathroom was TEENY. Toilet had to be flushed 2x to work. All in all, just a little bit run down. It was okay for an inexpensive stay; but if you're looking for 'nice', this really isn't it.

Very nice condo! We regret not seeing where we were supposed to bring our own bedding so we are disappointed in having to wash it before leaving but we will know for next time. As an electrician is here he sees a few issues that should be addressed... Ceiling fan switch, fire alarm in bedroom, bathroom ...
