The breakfast was poor no options and I know what continental means. The bed linen was stained had to show pictures because they assumed I was lying. The TV was broken had to wait until the next day to get another one. No phone to contact the desk about room issues. Was shown a balcony room when booked room was placed in a corner room no balcony and nex to a drak hallway. I would never recommend that place.

This location has really gone downhill! We stayed there in October 2025, and it was good, especially for the price, but now, I will not stay there again! First of all at check-in, we were told that the Apple Pay machine was not working and would not be working and that was how I had planned on paying for the room initially. And, the staff did not seem to care about the inconvenience this caused. When we got into the room the TV was not working, however, we got a new remote and it was then OK. Except for one time every time we went to the front desk, there was nobody there, just a phone number to call with any questions that you have. The one time that somebody was at the desk we asked about taking out trash and we were told we needed to take it to the dumpster behind the building. The area for breakfast was dirty and hardly had any food in it. In addition, although it looked clean, there was a funky smell in the building and in the room, it coughed all night long.

Rooms were great for the price! Right by the boardwalk would recommend!

This place was a let down. The rooms and beds aren't as described or advertised. Was given the wrong room, and had to really advocate to get the correct one. Front staff was as helpful as they could be in a bad situation. Key cards wouldnt work and had to go to the office multiple times to get them working. TV was broken in the first room. TV in second room turned on but didnt change channels with the 2 remotes we were given. I'm all for staying at a place that isn't perfect but this place was a disappointment. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend the shorehouse to anyone. The place needs to fix a lot, give the rooms some TCL and upgrades to make this place worth staying at.
