The building and amenities are great for our family. This unit had many updated features (like beautiful granite counters) and the rooms worked great for our family of 5 who stayed there. We utilized the games and movies provided when the weather wasn't good and enjoyed the views from the balcony. There were some things that were broken that need repair but they didn't impact our stay much (counter stool, toaster oven, balcony door handle, fans, vacuum). The carpets could also use an update (or cleaning) as well as some rusted bathroom fixtures. We were 6\. The check in process was easy, and the team was always there if you need something, via sms. Everything worked properly while we were here :) and the building maintenance team did a good job to keep it clean. (Pool, entrance, lawn…) A lot of restaurant around, and the building is not noisy at night if you want to stay in and rest. We had a very nice family vacation ! ##### Chloé V. The condo was very nice, but showed the wear and tear of the numerous families who passed through. This is to be expected. What was NOT to be expected, however, was the lack of refrigeration in the unit. the condo had no functioning refrigerator but did have two sub par at best mini fridges. Obviously, management knew about this, but we were never told and brought in hundreds of dollars worth of food into the non functioning fridge. Not a great way to start a vacation. However, once I reached out to the management company, they were very responsive in bringing in an additional mini fridge in an attempt to rectify the situation. ##### Natasha S.
