We appreciated that we didn’t have to drive to go to the Boardwalk or beach - only to get groceries or go to a nearby restaurant. Would definitely recommend if this is what you’re looking for! As with any downtown unit, open sliding doors will allow for a noisier environment (the noise cancelling doors worked great! if you’re looking for A quieter atmosphere, I’d suggest looking for places further up Coastal Highway. The unit was spacious, well appointed, and immaculately clean. This was our first visit to Ocean City and we came to celebrate our daughters 16th birthday along with five of her friends and they had a blast. The unit accommodated the girls and us more than comfortably. The location was perfect with a beautiful view of the beach and right on the boardwalk. Our girls had fun and we felt very safe when they went out to explore the boardwalk on their own. This unit and location is the perfect spot for a fabulous family get away! But our place was nothing like this rental. This one had huge, comfy beds, top notch furnishings, a modern kitchen with granite countertops, and a stunning view from the balcony. An amazing find that couples immediate proximity to the beach with tremendous privacy. Who knows? If she's still with us on the summer, we just may return. ##### Louis S. The kitchen stove and microwave area had not been cleaned up very greasy and grimy under microwave and stove top. The kitchen sink sprayer was broke when pulled out so could not use it. Need to find a way to add some darkness to bedroom unit up front so the lights from boardwalk dont keep ya up. Just a few thing I would definitely look at and the cleaning would definitely be one.
