Welcome to this lovely ocean-block MID-TOWN condo with secured lobby entry, an elevator, an outdoor shower, and two assigned parking spaces. Casa Del Mar is just a short walk to the beach. The home has modern conveniences, and keyless entry allows for easy access. A large laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer is off the foyer.
The expansive galley kitchen is very convenient for dinner or a quick snack and has solid surface countertops with abundant counter seating. The dining table seats eight comfortably. The living room has a sofa and a love seat and a flat screen tv and WIFI.
