Being on the 20th floor, you will love the panoramic ocean and bay views from the open living room area or from the balcony. There is a large living room/dining room area, with plenty of room for spending time with family and the full-size kitchen has everything you need for cooking those money saving meals at home. The master bedroom has a King size bed and offers water views from the windows. The second bedroom has a pyramid bed with a king on the bottom and a twin on the top. There is also a queen sleeper sofa. There are flat screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. A washer and dryer are available for guest use along with free wi-fi. Located on 107th street in the Quay, this building has some of the best amenities at the beach and gives plenty of options for the kids to entertain themselves. You will love that there is an outdoor and indoor lap pool. After playing a couple of games of tennis, relax in the sauna. The kids will love the large game room that also has pool tables and ping pong tables! The building is also convenient to miniature golf, go carts, laser tag, water park, shopping and many fantastic restaurants and bars. We were in for a short stay, our boys had a wrestling tournament. Two nights. And yes, our boys did GREAT at the tournament. I think it was the comfortable bed and home cooked nutritional meals! The living room tv picture was too grainy to watch (baseball playoffs).. had to watch in the BR. In hall bath, the shower knob on the tub faucet was difficult to lift to activate the shower.
