For those looking to cook there is no stove and the fridge is small but if you are eating out and enjoying takeout or snacks this is not an issue at all. It wasn’t for us. There was more than enough space for my teen aged daughter and my Mom. It is very well lit, which is important because it is a basement apartment. We were in town for a graduation and did not have time to go to the beach but appreciated that the beach is apparently walking distance and the chairs and other beach accoutrements provided. There is no oven, so you cannot cook a large meal but with the refrigerator, toaster, and microwave we could make breakfast and snacks. At one point, we needed some additional toilet paper and Ewa made sure to deliver it to us right away. It was easy to access the apartment. It was clean and very nice. I stayed with my college age boys. We enjoyed playing ping pong and bingo. We put together a puzzle and watched many movies at night.
