We had an amazing stay and genuinely couldn’t fault it. The private spa facilities were some of the best we’ve ever experienced, it was private and suitable for my wife who appreciates her privacy. I also had a deep tissue massage which was brilliant and one of the best I’ve had. The food and drinks were consistently good with plenty of choice, and the staff made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We travelled with our one-year-old son and he had an amazing time too, which made the whole experience even better for us as a family. When he was asleep the shisha was excellent. Would happily come back again and definitely recommend it, especially for families. I’d offer a special mention to Nauel for her great attitude, support throughout our stay and making the trip feel great.

The property was brilliant and I could not recommend it more highly. The team.of staff were so incredibly warm and friendly throughout and catered to all our needs. Special thanks to the team in the Mavi restaurant and Adem in particular. And a huge thanks to Valeriia and Nergiz in guest relations for their help in catering to our autistic daughters requirements.

Positives: fantastic variety and quality of food. You won’t go hungry at all. Beach area is very nice. Hammam and massage were excellent. Negatives: Service from staff is extremely variable. Language barrier doesn’t help (most don’t speak English ). Facilities very tired and not updated - tennis/table tennis rackets and balls unusable. Gym very dated with old/broken machines . Indoor pool very cold in April (though advertised as heated). Door to sauna broken. Cheap coffee and alcohol. Needed a wheelchair for my mum - caused a huge amount of confusion amongst staff. Overall more like a 3/4 star hotel with 3 star service.Certainly not 5 star. Would’ve been extremely disappointed if I’d paid full price ( got a special last minute deal). Reminded us of a sunny version of Fawlty Towers. Won’t be returning.

The property is outdated and requires refurbishment. Room provided at first had drainage issue with outside light not working. That makes it hazards in dark corner of the property. Second room was good enough but again stairs to room were sloppy making it hazards. We were offered upgrade to room where air conditioning wasn't working properly and noone attended to complaint. The staff are pretty much aware of issues with property especially rooms but not bothered about it especially for customers from Europe as only client base is Russia. All mattresses are of spring and sagging, that makes it uncomfortable. Outdoor pool, beach side area were nice while spa area with hamman is acceptable. Food was good but most sweets were repeated on weekdays and hardly any change. Good thing was that there was 24/7 restaurant. Not going to recommend based on poor quality of rooms.
