"We found Stoco Lake Lodge very last minute. We were pleasantly surprised. The redort was clean quiet with excetional staff. Oaklys pub at the redort has good food and a great patio. The beach was awesome with nice sand. Will definitely return and recomend this resort. The price was great as well. "

"Family friendly. Camp ground has beech access to a refreshing lake, and offers access to boats. Trailer was comfortable, and the washroom/shower was a short distance from trailer. Staff were friendly."

"Gary is a wonderful host, greeted me upon arrival, gave me a quick tour to make sure I knew where everything was and detailed instructions on how to use things within the cottage, and he also came back to say goodbye. Super friendly, very accommodating and answered any questions quickly. The cabin is beautiful, has everything you would need, very cozy, super comfortable bed and furniture, and I really admire the design and construction of the cabin.And then there's the property, one of the most peaceful places I've ever stayed at. There's alot of different options to hangout and truly unwind outside facing the lake, definitely a piece of paradise! I highly recommend Gary as a host and his very special cabin/property, I'd 100% like to stay there again! "

"Overall, 2 weeks of quality family time. The cottage had everything! The location is great, on a relatively quiet lake. The host added little extras (snacks, lots of coffee). The kitchen was well equipped (just could use a long-handled BBQ basting brush, ha!). Excellent wi-fi bandwidth (teen social media and gaming well supported!). Multiple enclaves around the lake-side property for scenic variations and peace or party."

"I stayed in the Wood Duck cottage and had an amazing time! Would definitely return. The sound of the rushing water was super peaceful, and the campground was well maintained. I most appreciated the AC/fan at night, the nearby walking trail and the fenced off leash dog park. I was thankful to have the cottage with the shaded deck as the Mallard cottage deck was fully in the sun the entire day. I also wish the VRBO description had indicated to bring my own sheets and towels. It might be important for others to know that you can see and hear your neighbours on either side, which might not be a relaxing experience for a reactive dog. Overall, a delightful stay! "

"So many complaints with this cottage. Biggest one is that the pool doesn't even have a pump that cleans it. Water is extremely dirty with a grime sheen seen on top of it. Upon asking Mike, he just makes excuses and false promises. Hot water tub is frigid cold and is also filthy. Looks like it's used in the pictures to attract people. Other reviewers either don't care about cleanliness or are fake. Inside the cottage, 2 out of 5 showers don't get hot water, toilet seats are broken. We saw a dead mouse in the AC shaft. Multiple doors don't lock from inside. Internet is painfully slow.Only good thing was the volleyball area and the kayaks/canoes that we could enjoy but we paid for the pool/hot tub but we could never get in to such a filthy place. "
