The room and bed were totally adequate for why we stayed there--to be near the university for the marathon. But the staff was much better than what you get at most hotels -- very friendly and very helpful! I would stay here again just for the quality of service delivered by the front desk staff at check in and check out.

The place was as described and I enjoyed my stay here while in Eugene. Walking distance from plenty of food spots and there was a great local bakery with coffee across the street.

I was on the second floor, and it was quite noisy from the people that were staying above me. The fact that they have ear plugs at the bedside and sound machine as well makes me think they’re aware of this. Probably would not stay here again due to the noise factor
