"The room was very clean. We enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet. However, there are only two elevators on the property and one was broke. We had to wait more than 20 minutes to get an elevator and the luggage trolley doesn’t even fit in the elevator, you had to maneuver it and he had to take two trips because we couldn’t fit in the elevator at the same time as the luggage trolley. Staff directions to a restaurant that was actually across the street were terrible. We walked four blocks out of our way before we realized that the restaurant was actually across the street."
