It looks out into a dining area and living room. The living room opens out to a beautiful private balcony with views from every angle! The master bedroom offers a large king-sized bed with its own access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen and twin bed and a sleeper sofa is available for an additional guest. Crescent Sands has been a staple of luxury and family favorite resort in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach for decades. High enough to see everything but not too high. A couple of suggestions: replace the master bedroom mattress; get a small Keurig and new toaster for the kitchen; master bathroom put in a circular shower rod, it is an older unit and give a little more room in the shower; fix the blinds. This particular condo took advantage of sublime seaside views with a generous balcony on the third floor. The unit was clean and inviting. Ample parking with good access to many amenities.
