A very cozy, warm beach feel, a place to retreat and relax! Felicia was quick to respond and communication always clear throughout process. It takes time to look for the perfect place to stay and to find everything as advertised is a delight. This home was meticulously clean and the location provided a lovely facility but then also the amenities in the area such as a few restaurants and grocery within a few hundred feet away made it so I could park and stay. The beach is pristine and the locals are friendly. This may sound a little strange, but Before I left I just had the urge to stand on the balcony one last time and say thank you to the Ocean and Beach and Home for giving me the opportunity to enjoy them and provide me with a place to dream for a bit. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Felicia communicated with me throughout the process and you can tell she takes great pride in her beach condo and making sure you have everything you need during your stay. Comfortable and well decorated, it was a great retreat from the softball tournament we were in North Myrtle Beach to attend. Since the schedule didn't allow a lot of beach time the ability to watch the sunrise and sunset on the balcony was fantastic. If I'm ever in South Carolina again, I will gladly stay here again! ##### Tina M. We have used VRBO three times while booking our annual family vacation to Myrtle Beach, SC. We are so impressed with how user friendly this site is to us. We have stayed with Felicia twice, once in 2022 and again this year. Her condo is beautiful! Not too big and not too little. It has a master bedroom with a private bath and a second bedroom with a bathroom. Felicia has everything you need in the condo. She is very professional and friendly and quickly notifies you of pertinent information and responds immediately when you email her with a question.
