Sugar Hill is the home to be during any holiday, family function or just to relax for a week of pure bliss. Sugar Hill has four bedrooms with five and one half bath. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. With only one hundred and twenty five steps to the beach. The outdoor pool can be heated for a fee. Full size stainless steel appliances cn be found in the kitchen and an there is an outdoor kitchen for late night grilling. A must for any vacationer. This home has everything you need to enjoy your vacation and more. Atlantic Beach is a colorful, historic and growing town in Horry County, South Carolina. The community is filled with historic beach side cottages, well preserved mid to late nineteenth century buildings and beautiful custom designed vacation getaways. These structures provide the foundation for the forward-thinking plans being developed to preserve the Town of Atlantic Beach which has been historically important in African American culture along the South Carolina coast since the 1930s. The Town of Atlantic Beach Master Plan is designed to promote the continued growth and revitalization of the Town and provide guidance on the implementation of our Town Vision. The primary objective is to provide for growth and development in a manner that respects and balances the goals of the Town and its unique historical and physical characteristics. To position the Town to benefit from the added social and economic value of redevelopment, this Plan provides guidance on public and private physical improvements targeted at the re-invention of a unique sense of place, as it is this uniqueness that will distinguish the Town within the regional and national context and provide both the impetus for redevelopment efforts.

I’ve stayed at Sugarhill twice, and it’s my go-to for Atlantic Beach. Beautifully decorated, it feels like a home away from home. The layout is perfect for families, with each bedroom having its own bathroom and a powder room for hosting. The owners have thought of everything, from a fully equipped kitchen to a custom gaming station. The outdoor space is stunning, with a pool and an outdoor kitchen perfect for any season. The elevator is a great touch, especially for overpackers like me. Just 1,500 steps from the beach and close to shops, Sugarhill is everything you could want!

We took a chance on this rental with no pictures available based on the description and location. We were more than pleasantly surprised at this rental. 1st family to get to stay and it did not disappoint. The pool is amazing and the space is great for families with children. Decor is on point and you get the beachy vibes the minute you walk in. Location makes this one a great value for the rental fee. If you are looking and considering go ahead and book it, you won’t be sorry. We greatly appreciated the owners and Elliotts for their great service.

This place was absolutely amazing. The minute we pulled up we knew it would be a great experience. Starting with first impressions, the space is huge, open and airy. A huge bonus is that every room has its own bathroom, you can easily have your own private space within the bigger space. Very relaxing vibes, you open any door and can take in the views to the soothing sounds of the ocean that leave you completely rejuvenated. The backyard and pool are awesome - we literally spent hours out there when we weren't at the beach (about a block away) or walking through the area. The hosts were great - the place was clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked - completely inclusive of everything we'd need. I'd absolutely recommended this home!

I stayed at this home with several family members and we had one of the most enjoyable vacations ever, with each other. This home is so spacious, and the owner thought of everything! The home is absolutely beautiful with an open design. There are plenty of places to sleep comfortably. There are 3 levels, and the views from the balconies are wonderful. There are washing machines and dryers on 2 different floors, and that was so convenient! For those who have trouble going up and down the stairs, an elevator is available! The beach is viewable from the balconies and is literally just steps away from the house. The pool, hot tub and grilling area are ideal for a great day outside. I would not hesitate to stay here again!!

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful and tranquil beach home with friends during August 2023. The decor of this home was lovely and you could tell that the owner put a lot of thought into creating a beach vibe throughout. There was plenty of space to ensure privacy and comfort. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and that was a plus because 10 of us stayed there. We enjoyed congregating in the game room and at the pool where we sipped libations and grilled. It was lovely having the option of going to the beach on one day or enjoying the pool on another. On a couple of days we did both. The beach was extremely close and we would take our umbrellas and picnic baskets to enjoy swimming, sun bathing, and kite flying.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sugar Hill, and I cannot express enough how incredible my experience was. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the beauty and charm of this home. First and foremost, the location was absolutely perfect. The beach house was just steps away from the beach and the convenience of having direct access to the beach made it effortless to spend my days lounging in the sun and building sandcastles. The beach house itself was a true gem. It was impeccably maintained, clean, and beautifully decorated. The interior was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The kitchen was fully equipped which made it easy to prepare meals, and the open living area provided a cozy space to relax and unwind after a long day. I’m 78 years old and a proud member of the senior citizen club. This review is bittersweet because I travel to Myrtle Beach to attend the funeral of a friends mother. This was my second visit to Myrtle Beach and the friend who is like a daughter and a church member was very distraught being a senior citizen. It’s hard to travel. Do you have to consider bedrooms on floors and stairs this house was quite a treat. I was delighted to find that there was an elevator that could take me to all of the floors. I enjoy cooking and cleaning, and that kitchen was well organized and well equipped the entire house. Was magnificently decorated. Swimming pool was gorgeous. I had the chance to relax I even slept in until 11 AM which rarely happens I I would recommend this house to any family. It was like a five star hotel. I can’t wait to get back with love grandma Mary.
