This was a great property besides there was stains on the carpet, the elevator did not work consistently and the balcony was off limits and we were not informed until checking in. However it was a beautiful view, other than the stains the hotel was very clean and very nice for our family. Very roomy and safe.

Staying at the Ocean Towers was truly an exciting experience for the price. The apartment was beyond my expectations- clean, orderly with everything working. The only missing item were covers for the pots. Otherwise it was an awesome experience and I cannot wait to return. Hope they will be done with the maintenance so I can relax on the patio and the sun deck. I sure enjoyed the sounds of the waves.

First, we made our reservation in February 2025 for our stay in May. We were never notified that the balconies and sun deck would be closed because the engineers stated they were unsafe. This was one of the main reasons that we chose this location. If we had been notified, we could have changed our reservations. Upon arrival, we were sent to the wrong location to pick up our keys and had to drive 25 miles to a different location. The desk clerk was very rude in his explanation of these restrictions, which had been in effect since March 2025. The parking was very limited for the handicapped spaces. The pool area was okay, but being in front, there was always traffic noise. The hot tub was dirty and often had trash floating in it

Pros: Loved the condo directly on the beach. Easy walk down to the beach. Cons: Older building so when a neighboring Condo slides open or close their Sliding Glass Doors it rattles like thunder through the condo. Also, the 4th floor "down" button to call the elevator was broken. We had to press the "up" button to call the elevator. A resident on a higher up floor said the button had been broken for over a month. Entryway hallway carpet into unit was dirty, recomend cleaning. Communication: upon arrival i realized i did not receive an email from the facility with instructions on what to do or where to go. This is managed offsite and parking was across the street. I had to look up the contact information and call the management company. She seemed suprised i didnt get an email. I went to the lock box and there were several envelopes for clients to multiple units. And the lock box was open where somwone else did not close it before us.

Could not go out on the balcony (we were told that in advance) rained the whole time, it was not nice enough to stay inside, we came home a day early. Do not feel the condo is being kept up to date, everything tired and worn. Door lock, broken, front door would not stay shut unless deadbolted. Wind would blow it open. If it were a nice place, we could’ve just relaxed and enjoyed.

Property is in desperate need of upgrade and cleaning. Carpet was filthy, smells musty, utility door fell off. Balcony was closed. Elevator was going to be out of order during our stay we were on the 9th floor not acceptable. I could go on we left and found other accommodations. Bad start to our trip

We went to stay here for spring break and we were more than satisfied then to be expecting. For one, you couldn't beat the price we paided for a 3 bedroom/2 bath condo for 5 nights. There was plently of room and the kitchen was spacious and provides you with all the utensils for cooking. Just make sure to bring dish soap and laundry detergent. The view to the ocean was wonderful. The only downside is there is no indoor pool if you got little ones but they had fun anyways. And there is no front desk attendant. Which was fine cause we didnt have no issues with the room. One last thing, it is pretty much located on the very end of the strip so there is no walking to the main attractions. This place made our trip very satisfying.

Disappointing. No Balcony use ++++

We were very disappointed with this location and wouldn't stay there again. First, without any advance notification, there was a sign on the doors and windows that said that all balconies were closed and we were not to go out the sliding glass doors. Second, the carpet between the bedroom and the master bath had pulled off of the tacking strip leaving nails that were poking up. Third, there was general disrepair of the facility with patches visible in the doors and couch cushions that were obviously old and not as comfortable as one would expect. Forth, there was a false fire-alarm at 2:30 this morning. The firemen came and found it to be in "Zone 1", but they didn't know what Zone 1 was. and... Fifth, no water was available outside to rinse your feet / sandals off after being at the beach

Overall the place looked nice and clean. The view was nice. Plenty of seating on the balcony The issues were as follows: There were stains on the carpet. Two burners on the stove did not work. In the twin size bed bedroom, the tv did not work and there was some damage to the closet door. There was some mold in the queen size bedroom closet. There were some holes in the wall behind doors. In the master, there is a shelf in the walk in closet that is broken. Some plug outlet covers were broken. There was some trash crammed under furniture. None of these issues effected our stay or trip. We were just there a few days. If we were staying a whole week, i would not have been very happy with the stove issues.

I liked the beach was right at the condo and the view. What I didn’t like is I love a ocean breeze in condo and there is no way to let it in unless front door is open. The place needs ceiling fans or a way to draw the breeze in.

Check in process was confusing. Our condo did show its age but it was clean and furniture was in excellent condition. There were several things I reported to management that need attention but they didn’t keep us from enjoying our stay. The elevator went out but that was beyond anyone’s control. It was repaired as quickly as they could. We received a phone call apologizing for the problem. That was exceptional. We appreciated that. Our favorite things were the spectacular view and the spaciousness! So much room. Oh, we had to use the stairs several times because of the elevator being out. The stairwell was clean and very well lighted! We’d stay there again.
