We had a problem with the air conditioner the first day we got there. The air conditioner panel had a symbol indicating it was no working, water running down walls from the ac. The solution for them was to wipe wall and floor down and say fixed. Maintenance was there 3xs and never fixed problem. They just kept wiping down wall and floor and caulked around a door that they couldn’t even get opened. Day 4 still having issues with it raising temp all on its own and nobody knew how to fix it. We decided to change rooms. I paid extra for an ocean view and when moved down a floor we no longer had that ocean view. Bed and couch were extremely hard and very comfortable. Sadly with our experience with the stay we will not return.

The Hotel and property were clean and beautiful. The room was very clean and was cleaned daily. The restaurant in the property was my only disappointment because they didn’t have what was on the menu either night we tried to go, some of the food and drinks listed, they had to “ Check to see first” Other than that the staff and hotel made my stay perfect! I would highly recommend staying there Ave i will again.

Everything was great! Close to “the strip” free parking was very convenient since we had a rental car and the staff were very helpful and pleasant! I will definitely book with them in the future. My first time experience in Aruba was great

Overall the property is very good. Except the elevator broken with someone inside and there was no access to the stairs if you wanted to use the stairs instead of the elevator.

When we arrived to Radisson we were greeted with the bright smiles and charm of Leyonardho, Zariya, and Dana. Their energetic welcome set the mood for our stay. All of the hotel staff that we encountered were helpdul and catered to our needs especially the concierge, Valentina who accommodated us with Tee times at Divi Golf Club. The hotel is a 2-10 minutes walk from hotels, shopping, and the beach. The only issue was that one elevator kept going out which made the ride to the room a bit uncomfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the friendly atmosphere of the staff.
